1972-73 Started training at the age of (12) twelve in the arts of Boxing, Free fighting, free Style Wrestling cross-trained in Judo Karate.

1974-76: cross training in Kuntaw Silat, JKA, and TAI KUN DO GUNG FU spl. Class.

1976-78: Started training in Jiu-jitsu Savate and fulfilling the entire requirement on 8th May 1978.

1977- introduced mixed Martial Arts to few selected friends & students.

1978-80: studied Kodokan Judo under Grand Master Cacoy Canete U.Visayas , College of Criminology Defense Tactics Class. Cross-trained at Filipino Foot Boxing Association.

1980-81: practiced Physical Resistance Training & Urban Street Fighting.

1982: Graduated Bachelor of Science in Criminology.

1983: appointed U.B. Crim. Instructor.

a) Graduated No.1 in VIP, Dignitary & Executive protection.

b) Participant to a Government Project on jail Rehabilitation and Crisis Management.

c) Workshop on Performance Evaluation System, office of the Governor.

d) 1st Bohol ready Reserve Battalion, Organization training 15 consecutive Sundays.

e) 1982-83 trained for S.O.S stuntmen and appeared in National T.V Series, Organized stunts and trained them on mixed Arts, MLA.

f) Appeared as Villain to International Video Movie "Diamonds of Emerald Island" Starring: Mike Stone.
